Delivery terms: 2–3 business days within Lithuania.
Return terms: 14 business days.
- The returned item must be sent in neat and undamaged packaging (for example, using envelopes or parcel boxes).
- Returned items must be undamaged, unused, retain their original commercial appearance, and include all tags attached to the item.
- We recommend sending the completed return form together with the goods by registered mail to the following address: Serveces g. 1, Vilnius.
- All return shipping costs are covered by the sender and are non-refundable to the recipient.
- You may also return goods via courier service of any delivery company by indicating the delivery address: Serveces g. 1, Vilnius. Goods cannot be returned to parcel lockers.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date the goods are received and after you are informed by email that the returned goods have been received.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If the ordered goods reach you damaged, defective, stained, or do not match the information provided in the description, please inform us by phone or email.
